1.Design Requests & Customer Communication

1.1 Design Requests – After successfuly signing up and registering, customers must submit their design scope and requests in writing, according to the package they have selected. If Acozz Design determines that the requested scope is not suitable or appropriate for the chosen package, Acozz Design reserves the right to cancel the subscription and provide a full refund at its sole discretion.

1.2 Prohibited Requests – Acozz Design will not accept requests that involve or promote any illegal activities, adult content, hate speech, discrimination, or any other content deemed inappropriate or offensive by Acozz Design. Acozz Design reserves the right to refuse any request that it considers to be in violation of these prohibitions, and may terminate the subscription without any refund if the customer submits such requests.

1.3  Channels of Communication – Customers can reach out to Acozz Design through various channels such as email and WhatsApp, to discuss their projects, provide feedback, and request revisions.

1.4 Dedicated Project Manager – Upon signing up for our website design subscription, customers will be assigned a dedicated project manager who will guide them through the design process, address any concerns, and ensure the final product meets their expectations.

1.5 Response Time – We strive to respond to all customer inquiries within 48 hours during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Prompt provision of necessary information, materials, and feedback by customers is crucial to avoid any delays in the design process.

1.6 Regular Updates – Acozz Design commits to providing customers with regular updates on the progress of their projects, including mockups, drafts, and revisions. We encourage customers to review and provide their comments on the designs promptly for a successful project outcome. Please remember to review the content and make any necessary adjustments to suit your specific situation and requirements.

2. Cancellation Policy

5.1 7-Day Free Trial – Acozz Design offers a 7-day free trial for new customers, allowing them to experience our website design subscription services without any commitment. During the trial period, customers can submit design requests.

5.2 Cancellation During the Free Trial – Customers may cancel their subscription at any time during the 7-day free trial period without incurring any charges. To cancel, customers can do so via the Stripe Customer Portal.

5.3 Cancellation After the Free Trial – After the 7-day free trial, customers will be automatically enrolled in the paid subscription with a six (6) month minimum term. Cancellations within the first six (6) months are not permitted. Customers may cancel their subscription after the six (6) month minimum term by sending us an email or through the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellations must be submitted at least 30 days before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Billing – After the 7-day trial period, customers will be billed automatically on a monthly basis via Stripe. The subscription fee will be charged every month on the same date as the initial payment, unless the subscription is cancelled in accordance with Section 2.

3.2 Accepted Payment Methods – Acozz Design accepts payments through Stripe, which supports major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods. Customers are responsible for ensuring their payment information is accurate and up to date.

3.3 Late Fees and Penalties – If a customer’s payment fails or is not received by the due date, Acozz Design reserves the right to suspend the subscription and any associated services until the payment is successfully processed. Acozz Design may also charge a late fee or impose other penalties for non-payment or late payment, as per its discretion.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon completion of the six (6) month minimum term, all intellectual property rights, including copyrights, in the final designs provided to the customer will be transferred to the customer. The customer may not use any preliminary or draft designs for any purpose. Acozz Design reserves the right to use completed designs in its portfolio and marketing materials.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Acozz Design be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from the use of our services or any content, information, or materials provided as part of the services. Acozz Design’s total liability for any claim arising from the use of our services is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

6. Indemnification

The customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Acozz Design and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with the customer’s use of our services or any breach of these Terms of Service.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

8. Amendments and Modifications

Acozz Design reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify customers of any significant changes by posting a notice on our website, and the revised terms will become effective 30 days after such notice. Customers’ continued use of our services after the effective date of any changes will constitute their acceptance of the revised Terms of Service.

9. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms of Service unenforceable or invalid as a whole, and such provisions will be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.
